Certificate in Transformational Leadership
The Certificate Program in Transformational Leadership is a dynamic and intensive 12-month journey designed to enhance leadership competencies and empower professionals at any leadership level with the skills to lead their teams to higher performance. This cohort-based program teaches the key components of transformational leadership, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of approaches and practical tools for immediate use in the workplace.
Participants will be equipped to transform their environments through a series of five sequential 3-credit courses for a period of 8-weeks each: Practicing Exemplary Leadership, Motivating and Inspiring Teams for Success, Cultivating Critical Thinking, Mastering Personalized Leadership, and Demonstrating Ethical Leadership. Upon completion of the program, the students will be able to:
