DR. CLINT PARKER

Clinton Parker III, Ph.D. is the President & C.E.O. of LeaderLift, LLC (Certified VOB, MBE, and SBE). He also serves as Dean and Assistant Professor at the Grant School of Leadership and Business at Pillar College in Newark, New Jersey.

He completed four years of active duty in the United States Navy with an Honorable Discharge. He holds a B.S. in Bible/Christian Leadership from Cairn University, an M.S. in Management from Saint Elizabeth University, an M.H.A. in Health Administration from Seton Hall University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University.
As a proven leader with over twenty-five years of high performance in successive leadership roles, including high-potential individual contributor, front-line supervisor, operations manager, director, and executive in small and large organizations. He is passionate about coaching, leadership development, team building, organizational change, public speaking, and leadership ethics deeply rooted in his Christian faith. He is also a captivating, engaging, and inspiring keynote speaker.
